Please be advised that effective December 1, 2008, is implementing a new process for submitting requests for AT&T directory listings for PBX/Legacy.
In order to meet AT&Ts requirements for directory listing requests, it is imperative that the information collected for your listing is provided to Spirit exactly as it you want it to appear in the AT&T blue pages. These forms will help us to ensure that we have clearly understood your requests and can provide your listing to meet your needs.
Spirit only processes directory listing requests for numbers that have been ported to Spirit and for listings in the AT&T directories.
The required forms and instructions on how to complete them were e-mailed to the state’s telephone coordinators and can be accessed below.
For VoIP requests, the completed form(s) must be attached to your SOMS VoIP order.
For PBX/Legacy requests, these completed forms should be emailed to Directorylistings@spirittelecom.com. Please provide “Directory Listing/Applicable Agency Name” in the subject line.

Directory Listing Change / Delete Request is to be used when a telephone number is currently listed or appears in an AT&T directory, however you wish to make a change to that listing or “Remove” the listing.
